4 AXES NUMERICAL WELDING EQUIPMENT

The company technax industrie, specialized in the design and manufacturing of welding devices and machines developed a new system being characterized by a great flexibility of use.

This is a self-running resistance welding equipment enabling the assembling of any spot weld in a horizontal axis and on +/- 90°.

Stroke of the X and Y axes : 100 mm and Z axis  50 mm.

Runs through an integrated control system. Up to 16 series are available. Programming of the welding and displacement functions. 
This device offers the possibility to check the welding force and the forging value.

Easy to be integrated into assembling machines and lines.

AUTOMATIC STRIP BRAZING FEEDING DEVICE

 

  This system enables to feed in a fully automatic way strip brazing material between two metallic pieces to be assembled. Method widely used in the joining of copper parts. Self-running device : supplied as a kit, with its own PLC, it can be mounted on every existing spot welding machine. More than a feeder of brazing strip, this system also gives you additional quality controls : control of the brazing presence before welding and control of the melting of the strip.

LASER WELDING

 

technax industrie company offers parallel to the resistance welding / brazing and induction brazing of the solutions of assembly in laser welding.

This recent technology consiste in matter fusion norequiring any filler matérial.
It is used in applications where a welding resistance is not possible because of inaccessibility of the electrodes for example or the smallness of elements to assembled.
The precision welding per laser has the following advantages:

  • Assembling without contact nor applications of efforts on the concerned parts
  • Reduced thermic influence, no deformation of the material
  • The zone geometry of welding and parameters exactly reproducible

The laser welding is particularly used in the event of proof welding and for the assembly of all metallic material such as:

  • Copper
  • Titanium, tantalum, nickel, nickel / berylluim, iron / nickel alloy
  • Pure allumium
