Half-automatic machine with resistance brazing robot
- Rotative transfer with two positions enabling a manual loading / unloading in "hidden time" (during the welding process).
- Manual loading of the different pieces.
- Manufacturing of six resistance brazing spots with one welding head integrated on one robot 4 axes X, Y, Z and rotation on vertical axis.
- Both head and transformer integrated in the robot.
These stations are tailor-made machines, meeting accurate technical specifications. These examples aim at showing different conceptions of welding stations and have not to be considered as a product range.
